Shipping Policies:
We do our best to get all orders out within a 24 hour period.
Situations sometimes come up that prevent us from doing this...but at the latest, turnaround is 48 hours.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Always expect a five day delivery period.
Returns:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of order. If you have any problems or the products do not fit your needs, please contact me, and we'll make arrangements for a refund of your purchase price once the items are returned. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We pride ourselves in getting your items shipped in a timely way. But once in a while, mistakes do happen. Please let me know, and any missing items will be shipped within 24 hours.
